New Image 600x600.

Go to Murameiser cloud-thin Clouds -- play around with the settings to your
liking and apply. NOW you can deselect.

I used Paper 21 of the kit for the mask layer
Grab your mask and paper 21. New layer on bottom, Select all copy and paste paper 21 into selection. Deselect. Add mask of choice  from image. or my mask that I used.
Layers, merge, merge group.

For my wordart I used Paper 21  and the font named above.
0.8 black stroke. Use your own settings if you wish.
Make this tag YOURS!

Here is how I did my wordart.....
Now draw a vector circle around your mask and frame...just a slightly bigger if you want. Not too much bigger. Leave it as a vector layer. New layer. Now take your text tool and point it where you want then you  will see your cursor change when it is on the vector circle.
Add your text in the size that you prefer . If not positioned the place you want, undo and then redo it until you get your text to where you want it.
Make sure you x out or delete the vector circle when you are done.
Add your tube and place it in or near the center, and resize it to where you like it and it fits best.
Now add your elements.
Here are the ones I used:
Pot- 55%
Green Beer - 30%.
Clover - 20% Duplicate and resize as many times as you want.
Butterfly resized 45% Colorized 90/130.  Enhanced.
Duplicate and resize as many times as you want.

Coins resized 45%  then 60% --Then rotated to right by 40.
I duplicated this one then resized by 60% .
Then rotated to it to the right by 40 .

Add your watermark if you wish, and make
sure you add the copyright for the image you used.
Add your name or name(s) of whoever you want.
For my name, I duplicated the layer and on the
bottom layer added a Fat Gradient glow.
I also added a drop shadow of 2, -2, 5, 0.
I saved mine as a PNG image.
You are done!
