Blue Love

For the above tag, I used the following supplies:
Scrapkit-- A Very Blue Valentine by Heather's Devine Dezigns.
You can find it  HERE.
I used a tube by Paul Sketcher at Pics For Designs
Mask 1 by Rachel HERE.
Font:   Love Joy font

Ready? OK! Let's Start!

Image 650x650.
Add a new raster later, Selections float
Copy and paste paper 7 of kit into selection. Deselect.
Find your mask from image or from disc and apply. Merge, Merge group.
Get El 20 which is the Heart frame and paste it onto your canvas.
Re size it to your liking. I resized mine 80%.
Click inside your frame until you see the marching ants.
Selections- expand by at 10. New raster layer under the frame
layer, and copy and paste a paper  or texture of choice into selections.
(I used a texture by someone else. I do not have permission
to share the texture at this time. I will add it if and
when I get permission from the creator...sorry.)
Deselect.
Add your tube and resize it to where you like it and it fits best.
Now add your elements. I used:
EL 5 Re-sized   25%. Move to one side, duplicate and mirror.
El 49- Re-sized 50%- Then 75%.
EL 25- 35% Then I re sized it 80%.
Add any other elements you want.
If necessary, erase any part of your tube
 that hangs below your elements.
Resize your tag to your liking.
I re-sized mine all Layers 95%.

Add your watermark if you wish, and make
sure you add the copyright for the image you used.
Add your name or name(s) of whoever you want.
For my name, I duplicated the layer and on the
bottom layer added a Fat Gradient glow.
I also added a drop shadow of 2, -2, 5, 0.
I saved mine as a PNG image.
You are done!

Please tick the boxes below and let me know how
you like my tutorial. I would love to see your results!
